Amazon Basics is currently sold on Amazon shopping websites. Amazon Basics is the brand of Amazon and is manufactured by amazon to compete with other brands on a high level with the benefit of low cost and retail prices.

Other products cost higher as have several levels to reach customers like Manufacturers, wholesale, and distributors some have 2 distributor levels then retailers after this all if want to sell online so listing on amazon and then it reaches the customer.

On the other hand, Amazon Basic Products from Manufacturer which is Amazon directly sells the products to consumers.

So if it cost less to amazon so you get the benefit of low retail prices.

And the biggest benefit is if your product is under warranty so to claim a warranty you just have to raise a complaint to Amazon and you get an on-door replacement for free.

 Some sellers complain about it. Amazon provided us with training about their Seller center, which is basically a website for amazon’s sellers.

They taught us how to register an interested seller on Amazon and upload his product details, the branding process, category selection, etc., etc., in short everything about that platform. After learning that we had to provide service to the already registered seller and acquire new sellers to use Amazon to sell.

During that work, grew close to some sellers. They were intelligent people. So they had invested a lot of money and time and had many refined and established products which were having a good margin and were selling in large quantities per month. But after a few months of success, run Amazon started blocking their listings of these products without any specific reason. Even, those who learned everything about amazon policies from themselves could not find any valid reason. Sometimes they used to say that the product needs to be registered for branding sometimes some other bullshit.

If you don’t know let me tell you, Amazon is good on the side of customer support but worst when it comes to supporting on the sellers' side. The support executives are few for sellers and stay so busy that they don’t even reply even after weeks. Meanwhile, the seller keeps losing money due to the high stockpile of inventory.

Now comes the part of Amazon Basics.

So after blocking the seller’s listing and not replying for months to the seller’s emails………drum roll, please……… Amazon started launching the same high-grossing products with their brand name “Amazon Basics” with a prime tag and free delivery.
