5 way's to juggle

today i'm going to show you guys five extraordinary ways to juggle the ball and this is not one of them football freestyle can be confusing for people who's not in the know but freestyle is not just around the worlds flicks and acrobatics it can also be just juggling and that is exactly what i'm going to show you guys today number one heel juggles this was actually one of the first type of juggles that i learned after regular juggles but it is way more difficult than it looks you need to keep your heels level at all times in order to get touch straight up again and timing and the rhythm is very very important so you look to your side and you keep the ball in your hand drop the ball right left right left and now you combine the touches and removing your hand from the equation right left right left right and now you just keep on going until you drop the ball or your knees collapse number two shin juggles this is probably the most awkward looking and awkward feeling way of juggling so just like the heel juggles you need to keep your shin level at all times so 90 degrees in which you need to lean backwards a lot and then get the touch right and then you need to get your right chin touch and your left chin touch equally as good before you get started yeah i mean it's more difficult than it is good looking honestly number three speed juggling while a lot of people aim to get as many touches as possible in an infinite amount of time some people find it fascinating to get as many touches as possible in a limited amount of time and in order to do so you need to keep the ball as close to your foot as possible at all times which means you can't juggle with both your feet like this but you need to keep it with one foot only and in order to get as many touches as possible you need to keep your whole leg straight and only move your toes up and down and shaking like this number four soul juggles and by that i mean the sole of your foot not the sole of your body or the capital of south korea it's all over your foot and in order to do this you need to clinch the ball in between your ankles and then throw it up on the sole like this and in this position you want to move in a bicycle motion like this in order to juggle and give that ball a little bit of a backspin like this number five kozak juggles now this hurts because you have to do the juggling in a squatting position and you probably understand why that hurts and you also need to extend your leg every time you do a touch while balancing only on your toes so it looks like this and i don't really recommend anyone doing that so there you have it everyone five extraordinary ways to juggle a ball but do let me know which one is your favorite mine is obviously number five the cossack juggle but if you want to get started with football freestyle you need the best gear so if you go to unisportstore.com over here you can get the puma archive light 365 and don't forget to check out the playlist here down below on how to be a better football freestyler and remember to subscribe with the bell notifications on and i'll see you guys in the next article.
